What we collect

Parent first name & email, optional country. Player nickname, age range (not DOB), Roblox username, language, timezone.

Cancellation

Minimal data only. Encrypted storage, GDPR-compliant handling, automatic deletion on a defined timeline.

How we store it

Free cancel/reschedule ≥24h ahead. Late changes may incur up to a 25% fee. Provider cancellations are fully refunded.
