1. Choose a schedule

Select a time that works for your family using our Calendly-style booking calendar. Sessions are booked in 1-hour blocks.

2. Complete Intake Form

Fill out a short, GDPR-safe session form with your child's nickname, age range, language, timezone, and any preferences or concerns.

3. Sign consent & waiver

4. Choose your tier & pay

Provide explicit parental consent. We collect only what is strictly necessary and store it securely with timed deletion.

Pick the supervision level that fits your needs and complete a secure payment to confirm the booking.

5. Receive set-up instrucions

We email you a clear pre-session checklist: how to add the session guardian, how the session will start, and what to expect.

6. Session begins

Your session guardian joins first, confirms the rules and boundaries with the child, and begins continuous, real-time supervision.

7. Active Supervision

We monitor the entire session — muting, blocking, or exiting on your child's behalf the moment anything feels unsafe.

8. Security report

Within 24 hours of the session, you receive a written end-of-session report with risk level, observations, and any actions taken.
