Guardian Play is a digital safety supervision service. We provide live, structured supervision during your child's online gameplay to help ensure a safe, age-appropriate, and positive experience.

General service
Is this a gaming or entertainment service?
No. We are not an entertainment or casual gaming service. Our role is to guide, monitor, and maintain a safe environment during gameplay — not simply to play for fun.
Is this babysitting?
No. We do not replace parental supervision. We support parents by providing structured, real-time oversight during online play.
Do you teach or coach gameplay?
Not as a primary service. While we may guide or assist during sessions, our focus is safety, supervision, and responsible interaction.
How do you keep my child safe during gameplay?
We follow structured safety protocols: joining sessions first to assess the environment, preferencing private or controlled servers, monitoring interactions in real time, muting/blocking/exiting unsafe situations, maintaining clear communication boundaries, and documenting any incidents.
Safety & Supervision
Will someone be inside the game with my child?
Yes. A trained session guardian joins your child's game session to actively guide and supervise gameplay in real time.
What happens if something unsafe occurs?
We follow a structured escalation process. Minor issues are managed within the session. Moderate issues lead to the session being adjusted or ended early. High-risk situations result in immediate exit and parent notification. Your child's safety always comes first.
Can sessions end early for safety reasons?
Yes. Sessions may be ended early if unsafe behavior, environments, or interactions are observed.
Do you allow public servers?
Public servers are only used with explicit parental consent. By default, we prioritize private or controlled environments.
Communication & Boundaries
How does communication work during the session?
Depending on your selected service: monitoring only, guided text chat, or guided voice communication (recorded if applicable). All communication is supervised and structured.
Can your team contact my child outside the session?
No. All interaction is strictly limited to the scheduled session.
Can my child add your team as a friend in-game?
If required for the session, a temporary in-game connection may be used to access private or controlled game environments. This is part of the normal setup process and is automatically removed after each session. No ongoing connections are maintained.
Can parents observe the session?
Yes. Parents may remain accessible and can observe or check in as needed.
Privacy Data
How is my data protected?
We follow internationally recognized data protection standards, including GDPR, and comply with applicable privacy regulations based on your location. Our practices include minimal data collection, secure storage, restricted access, and timely, responsible data deletion.
Do you record sessions?
Recording depends on the selected supervision level and is always disclosed with parental consent.
What information do you collect?
Only what is necessary to conduct sessions safely: parent contact details, child nickname and age range (not full date of birth), Roblox username, and session preferences.
How long is data stored?
Session-related data is stored securely for a limited period and deleted according to our data retention practices.
Session Experience
What happens before the session?
You book a session, complete intake and consent forms, and receive confirmation and setup instructions.
What happens during the session?
The session guardian joins first. Your child joins. Gameplay is guided and supervised in real time. Communication remains structured and monitored.
What happens after the session?
You receive a structured safety report, observations and actions taken, and a feedback form with the option to rebook.
Will my child still enjoy the experience?
Yes. Sessions are designed to feel natural and supportive while maintaining a safe and structured environment.
Parent Expectaition
Do I need to be present during the session?
You don't need to sit beside your child, but you must remain reachable in case of any concerns or emergencies.
Are you responsible for my child during the session?
Guardian Play provides structured supervision during online gameplay, but we do not replace parental responsibility. Parents or guardians must remain reachable throughout the session.
What if my child does not follow instructions?
Our sessions rely on cooperation to maintain a safe environment. If a child repeatedly refuses guidance or engages in unsafe behavior, the session may be paused or ended early. We will communicate this clearly with parents.
Can siblings or multiple children join?
Yes, depending on the session type and prior arrangement.
Can my child play with friends during the session?
This may be possible depending on your preferences and setup. For safety, we recommend private or controlled environments. Additional participants may require prior arrangement.
Age & Suitability
What age range do you support?
Guardian Play is designed for children who can follow instructions and engage in guided online play, typically ages 6 and above. For younger children, participation may depend on their readiness and may require closer parental involvement. If a child is not yet ready for a structured session, we may recommend waiting to ensure a positive experience.
Is this suitable for children with different needs or learning styles?
We aim to provide a supportive and structured environment for a wide range of children. If your child has specific needs or preferences, we encourage you to share them during booking so we can assess how best to support them.
What time zones do you support?
We support international bookings. Available schedules will adjust based on your location.
Booking & Operations
How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our website by selecting a schedule, completing the intake form, and confirming payment.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. 24+ hours in advance: no penalty. Less than 24 hours: applicable fees may apply.
What happens if you cancel?
You will receive either a full refund or a rescheduled session.
What happens if there are technical issues?
If technical issues occur, we will do our best to resolve them quickly. If the session cannot continue, we will offer a reschedule or appropriate adjustment.
What qualifications do your team members have?
Team & trust
Our team includes individuals with experience in gaming, moderation, and structured training environments. All session guardians are trained to follow strict safety protocols, communication boundaries, and supervision standards.
Will my child have the same session guardian each time?
Where possible, we aim to provide consistency. However, scheduling and availability may vary. All team members follow the same standards and processes.
What does Guardian Play NOT do?
We do not replace parental supervision, provide therapy or behavioral treatment, allow unsupervised communication, maintain relationships outside sessions, or guarantee elimination of all risks (we actively monitor and respond).
