A complete safety architecture, not a promise.
Every protocol below is followed on every session. We treat your child's safety like a checklist, not a feeling.
No off-platform communication
All interaction stays inside the agreed game environment. No DMs, no Discord, no exceptions.
Parent visibility
Parents may observe sessions live or review recordings on supported tiers.
Optional recordings
Voice and screen recordings on higher tiers — for full transparency and accountability.
Structured environment
Pre-defined activities, time limits, and clear conduct rules agreed before each session.
Safety overrides player preference — always.
If something feels wrong, we end the session. No debate, no delay.
Session environment rules
How we control the play space.
Private servers by default
All sessions run in private servers for maximum control over who can join.
Public only on consent
Public servers are only used with explicit, written parental consent.
Session guardian joins first
Session guardian enters the server before your child and exits immediately if anything is unsafe.
Crisis response playbook
Three escalation levels.
Zero hesitation.
Level 1 — Minor
Mute or block the offender. Document the incident in the security report.
Level 2 — Moderate
Exit the server or end the session early. Notify the parent immediately.
Level 3 — High Risk
End session immediately. Remove child from environment. Preserve evidence. Notify parent same day.
We never confront offenders. We protect the child first, document the facts, and inform you.
End-of-session security report
Every parent receives a written report including:
Date, duration, game and server type
Communication channels used
Observed behaviors or incidents
Actions taken by the session guardian
Risk level rating: Low / Moderate / High
Recommendations (if any)
